I would like to tell you a little about myself. I graduated from Central High School (a long time ago!) and then went to Penn State. I taught in Altoona at Keith Jr. High and at Altoona Area High School for about 13 years and then I began teaching here at the Middle School. I have been here since 1991.
I am married to a great guy named Doug and have 2 children. My son, Nate, graduated from CHS in 2006 and is a junior at Penn State. My daughter, Ariana, is a freshman at Penn State Altoona.
I live on Fair Valley Road outside of Martinsburg. I have an adorable little mini-dachshund named Pumpkin! She is a sweetie. My family and I love to travel and when I get the time, I love to sit on the swing on my front porch and read. Some people don't know this, but I am a twin. I have a twin sister named Marcia who teaches English at the new junior high school in Altoona.
