We are planning a ski club for this school year. It is open to all interested 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students.
If you agree to accept the conditions, rules, and regulations, please complete and sign both forms, (pages 4 and 5), that were given to you at the meeting. If you need another copy of the permission slips, click here. Turn the completed forms along with a check to Mr. J. Snyder by Friday, December 16,2005.
Make checks payable to Sprng Cove Middle School.
The club will ski on the following Friday nights:

These Dates Are Weather Permitting
The same rules that apply during the regular school day are in effect during ski club. Any student who does not follow the rules will be dismissed from ski club with no refund. You disobey the rules one time and you are out. A list of Rules and Regulations can be found here.
The Spring Cove School District, the Spring Cove Ski Club or its advisors, and Blue Knob Ski Resort are not responsible for personal injury, damage to any participant’s personal property or equipment, and/or lost or stolen personal items or items rented to you by Blue Knob.
The bus will leave the school at 2:40 PM. Any student that is not on the bus at that time will be left at
the school. The bus will leave Blue Knob at 7:45 PM. Any student not on the bus at that time and requires a search by advisors will lose their ski club privileges.
