Classroom Rules
The following Discipline Plan has been implemented to help me create a more positive and effective classroom environment where I can teach and your child can learn.
Rules:
1.
Follow directions.
2.
Respect others and their property.
3.
Work quietly.
4.
Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself.
5.
Be prepared for class.
Consequences:
1.
Warning
2.
Miss 5 minutes of recess
3.
Miss 10 minutes of recess
4.
Miss 20 minutes of recess and write a letter about why recess was lost and how it can be avoided in the future.
5.
Miss all of recess and parent phone call.
6.
Send to principal (Fighting or behavior that keeps others from learning)
Positive Reinforcements:
1.
Individual Rewards (homework pass, extra computer time, prizes)
2.
Whole Class Rewards (movie, free time, extra recess)
This discipline plan has been set up to create a positive classroom community and with your support it can be a success.
