Hearing screenings will be performed yearly on all children in grades K-3, 7, 11, students with suspected or known hearing losses, and students in special, ungraded classes.
All new entrants to school who have no record of a previous hearing test or have previous tests that indicate other-than-normal auditory conditions will be tested.
If you receive a hearing referral form for your child, please have your child's physician complete the form as soon as possible and return the completed form to your child's school nurse.
