Learning Team

The Martinsburg Elementary Learning Team is comprised of teachers from all grade levels and the building administrator.  This team meets once a month.  The mission of the learning team is to focus on student achievement.  Each year, the team sets a building goal, discusses strategies that help facilitate reaching the goal, and evaluates the progress that is made. 

Each team member is responsible for sharing the building goal and strategies with their grade level team.  Team members also share any obstacles that may prevent us from achieving our goal.  The learning team is an important communication conduit between building staff members and district administration.
