Spring Cove School District
Encourages Kids to
Move it Outside
Statewide event promotes outdoor play
Heading outside with family and friends is a great opportunity for children – and adults – to have fun, be active, expand imagination and experience all the joys of the outdoors.
That’s why, on Wednesday, April 23, youth at Spring Cove School District will join with others from across Pennsylvania to Move it Outside.
This statewide event encourages people of all ages to head outside with a Frisbee® and enjoy the outdoors as a celebration during National Turn off the TV Week.
Move it Outside is celebrated by Pennsylvania Advocates for Nutrition and Activity (PANA),a statewide network working collectively to make it easier to be healthy in the places we live, learn, work and play by changing environments to support healthy eating and physical activity options.
