I am excited to begin my first full year at CHS. I will be teaching 5 different classes. I will start my day with Basic Cooking, a great place to come and "get your feet wet" in the kitchen. Then I will have a Seniors Only class called Independent Living, where we will learn how to make it on our own. I will also have a double period of Vocational Home Economics and I am looking forward to having a teachers' restaurant during the third marking period. After lunch, I will have Child Development and then Clothing and Textiles I. It is a challenge to do 5 very different classes every day, but I am looking forward to it. I hope my students are too.
