This is an elective course on Understanding Psychology. The purpose of studying psychology is to provide a background of knowledge that will enable students to better understand behavior and possible ways of dealing with situations in everyday life. Among the subjects that are studied in this course are: mental illnesses, sensory and perception, memory and thought, stress and conflict, and therapy.
