Great news, as of 4/10/2008, all of Mr. Logan's CFF computers are functional, the access points are working, we are experimenting with the Bluetooth enabled whiteboard and students have had the opportunity to give the new computers a test run with high hopes and great results.
The beginning of the school year and we have already implemented the new ActivSlates into the classrooms of myself and all of the other CFF teachers. Thanks to the generosity of the Spring Cove Educational Foundation and the Venture grant that I received, we were able to supply 6 CFF teachers with ActivSlates to help enhance the materials and technologies we already have received.
9/15/2008 - This week we used the ActiVotes for the first time. The students seemed to like the functionality and application of it. A great motivating and educational tool that has many applications that we are just beginning to explore.
