What we learn with pleasure, we never forget.

-Alfred Mercier

As a teacher of the communication arts,

I freely state that I work with the most

important study encountered in school.

Truly, of what value is any subject matter,

if one cannot communicate it? With this philosophy in mind, I strive to convey the importance of effectiveness in communication to all of my students (from honors level through the disenchanted). In a caring and nurturing environment, I believe that students should experience and experiment with all areas of communication in order to continue the development of skills that are required for success in every aspect of life. Students in each course of study work in all areas of communication including, speaking, writing, listening, reading and thinking.

Courses taught

Applied Communications 11

Communications 11 (college prep.)

Honors Communication 11
