Official Transcripts
Graduates:
Requests for transcripts can be mailed, emailed, faxed, or requested in person at the CHS Guidance Office (see details below). "Official" transcripts must be mailed directly to the college/university or place of employment. Transcripts given directly to the person of request will be stamped "Unofficial" transcripts. There is no charge for transcipts.

Current Students:
Current CHS students who are in need of a transcript or need one sent to a college, university, trade or technical school, or place of employment, should stop by the Guidance Office to see Mr. Carlson.
