New Student Enrollment
Registration packets can be picked up in the CHS office during the hours of 7:30am to 3:05pm.
Be prepared to provide a copy of:
Immunization Record
Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Latest Report Card
IEP (if applicable)

Once you return your registration packet, an enrollment meeting will be scheduled with the high school counselor.
